RETURNS
Sales are final on ALL items.
We strive for excellence in customer service and in providing quality products but realize that sometimes things happen.
If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it or receive store credit. You must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt and return the item within the next seven (7) day period. After 7 days from the day of delivery, no exchanges or store credits will be allowed or given. Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.
IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT CONTACTING US, THERE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC $20 RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE STORE CREDIT YOU WOULD BE ENTITLED TO.
Customer is responsible for contacting rayandjoyjournals@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
