RETURNS​

All of the items we sell are made once your order is placed. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.

We strive for excellence in all of our products. If there is a quality issue with your order, contact us and we will make it right.  You must initiate the process within seven (7) days of receipt. You will have an additional seven (7) days for us to receive the item back. After 14 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges or store credits shall be considered or accepted.

Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. Check spelling, names and/or dates carefully.  You are welcome to email us at raeandjoyjournals@gmail.com, if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order.  Personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  NOTE: Rae & Joy also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

To start a return, you can contact us at raeandjoyjournals@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll confirm via email, including instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be subject to an automatic $20 restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at raeandjoyjournals@gmail.com.
