Made to Order: Each item is crafted specifically for you upon ordering.

Production Times:

• Handcrafted In-House Items: Please allow up to 2 weeks for production (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Partner-Made Items: For products made by our trusted production partners, standard production time is 4-6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). However, items may ship sooner depending on the season.

Expedited Production:
If you need an item quickly, select our expedited production option (additional fees apply). Note: this speeds up production time only—not the shipping method.

Shipping & Handling:

• Some items may ship separately as they are produced by different vendors.
• Shipping costs are included in the product price, with tax added at checkout.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:

• Once your order is placed, cancellations are not possible. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns are not accepted except in cases of defects or errors on our part. If you encounter an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For personalized items, we will print exactly what you enter at checkout. Please double-check your details carefully:

• All Caps will be printed as entered.
• Mixed Case will be printed in the exact format provided.
