The Caregiver’s Journal was created especially for that experience.

Thoughtfully designed for caregivers who have lost someone they love, this faith-based guided grief journal provides a private place to reflect on the caregiving experience, preserve meaningful memories, write about the days surrounding the loss, and explore life as it continues to unfold.

There is no timetable to follow and no particular way you are expected to grieve. Gentle prompts offer direction without telling you what to feel, while generous writing space gives you the freedom to tell your story in your own way. Scripture is woven throughout as a quiet reminder of God’s presence—even in moments when His presence may be difficult to feel.

Before Goodbye
Reflect on your caregiving experience, the ordinary moments that became part of your days, what you discovered and learned, the person you love, and the memories you want to hold close.

When Everything Changed
A place to write about the changes leading up to your loved one’s passing, the days surrounding it, and the thoughts, memories, and experiences you carried through that time.

The Days That Followed
Remember those first days, the ways your loved one was honored, the people who surrounded you, and the moments and details you want to remember.

When Everyone Goes Home
When the activity slows and others begin returning to the rhythm of their own lives, grief can take on a different shape. This section includes 60 two-page Just Me entries with gentle prompts to help you check in with yourself—without any expectation that one day should look like the next.
