We will crop your image as needed to fit the heart shape, but we do not enhance or improve photo quality. Low-resolution or blurry images will print as submitted. We will not offer refunds for pictures that are of poor quality.

Made to Order: Each item is crafted specifically for you upon ordering.
This item is made in-house. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping & Handling:
- Items may be received in multiple shipments, as items will ship separately from the individual vendors that craft the item. If you would like all items shipped together, please let us know before placing your order.
- Shipping is always free, with tax added at checkout.
Order Modifications & Cancellations:
- Once your order is placed, cancellations are not possible. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns are not accepted except in cases of defects or errors on our part. If you encounter an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
