Remembering You
Guided writing pages provide space to remember the person you love and the life you shared. Reflect on favorite memories, things you learned from them, what you miss most, the ways they touched your life, and the things you never want to forget. Letter-style pages also give you space to write directly to the person you've lost.

Checking In
60 two-page Check-Ins give you space to pause and acknowledge how you're doing. Gentle prompts include what is on your heart, what you're having a hard time with, what you're grateful for, and what you're giving yourself permission to do or feel. A full lined page provides additional space to write freely.

Prayers
Faith-centered prayers offer words for moments when finding your own may be difficult. Prayers address comfort, strength, hope, anxiety, loneliness, difficult days, sleepless nights, painful and joyful memories, and even those moments when you don't understand or simply don't know what to pray.
