- Handcrafted In-House Items: Please allow up to 2 weeks for production (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Partner-Made Items: For products made by our trusted production partners, standard production time is 4-6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). However, items may ship sooner depending on the season.
Expedited Production:
If you need an item quickly, select our expedited production option (additional fees apply). Note: this speeds up production time only—not the shipping method.
Shipping & Handling:
- Some items may ship separately as they are produced by different vendors.
- Shipping costs are included in the product price, with tax added at checkout.
Order Modifications & Cancellations:
- Once your order is placed, cancellations are not possible. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns are not accepted except in cases of defects or errors on our part. If you encounter an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
